CANCELLATION POLICY:

Friendly reminder: All appointments cancelled less than 24 hours from the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a $10 cancellation fee per person/adjustment cancelled.

MATERNITY LEAVE UPDATE/DR. KELSEY’S RETURN TO THE OFFICE

Dr. Kelsey plans to return to the office on Monday, August 10th!

The schedule will be as follows:

Monday- 2pm-6pm*

Tuesday- 2pm-5pm**

Wednesday- 2pm-6pm*

Thursday- 9:30am-12pm**
